No, it is not a Douglas Adams book you never heard of.
The "Restaurant at the End of the Translation" is what is left of a Chinese restaurant after some translation attempt, and can be seen in the picture. They probably used some web-based translation service that just in that moment suffered a down. Hence the error message, now the official name for that nice Restaurant.
I wonder if Stir-fried Wikipedia is served there?!
