A silent rubber ring alarm clock

This wearable alarm clock designed by Johan Brengesjo wakes you up without any sound, just vibrating.

You wear it as a bracelet, and the snooze function is activated just by shaking your hand. Each successive time you want to snooze, more movement is required.

It's a brilliant idea, and doesn't wake up your partner.

It was awarded Silver at IDEA 2008.

CLICK HERE TO LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS Dave : Actually there are already vibrating alarm clocks - I've been using one for a few years now :P Sadly, this one isn't an actual product; just an idea for one which is explained by the designer kind of badly actually. I've had some things fabricated before that were similar to that, and the end result will not look that clean for integrated lcd's. Then you have to consider that there's no substantive explanation on how the band works and what he'd like it do is greatly exaggerated from what can be done right now with wireless links, also ignores a system for powering the bands and replacement of its battery components once their recharge life is reached. But mainly I'm so negative on it because while it would be nicer than the silent vibrating alarm I have, it's not something that does or could exist right now :P Regular Expression : Thanks Dave for your competent comment!
